Job Summary

We are seeking a tech-savvy and process-oriented professional to support and drive ERP implementation alongside digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges core operations, IT systems, and innovation within our energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing verticals.

Responsibilities

• ERP Implementation:

  • Assist in the rollout and customization of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) across departments.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to map processes and define requirements.
  • Support in data migration, testing (User Acceptance Testing - UAT), user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Monitor system adoption and support optimization of key modules like Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Projects, and Human Resources (HR).

• Digital Transformation:

  • Implement automation tools, dashboards, and Internet of Things (IoT)-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work on digitization projects across supply chain, maintenance, and field operations.
  • Support the deployment of cloud, mobile, and analytics tools in coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Identify digital pain points in project execution or manufacturing workflows and propose smart solutions.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Information Technology; MBA or certifications in ERP/Digital Technology (optional but preferred).

• Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP Tools (any of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of digital tools (Power BI, Tableau, IoT platforms, automation).
  • Business Process Mapping (Business Process Model and Notation - BPMN, Microsoft Visio).
  • Data Analysis, Workflow Automation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in ERP support, business analysis, or digital solution implementation.
• Exposure to infrastructure project sites, manufacturing operations, or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) workflows.
• Ability to work across departments with both tech and non-tech teams.

Experience

4–8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation initiatives.

Environment

This position will be based in Saket, Delhi and may require collaboration across various operational facilities.
