Recruiter / Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition (LAP)
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and execution-focused Recruiter / Senior Executive to support hiring for the LAP (Loan Against Property) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions across various business functions while ensuring a strong candidate experience. This role is ideal for professionals familiar with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) hiring and eager to grow in a high-performance talent acquisition environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within the LAP business.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely offer rollouts and joining conversions.
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Build candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Support employer branding and employee referral initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment with strong exposure to financial services hiring.
- Prior hiring experience in Secured Loans, Unsecured Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or related lending products is highly preferred.
- Good sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment systems is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in utilizing modern recruiting tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of the latest trends in recruitment within the BFSI sector.
Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant recruitment experience, particularly in financial services.
