Job Description
Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute B2B sales strategy across institutional segments — including hospitality, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and offices. ● Identify and onboard distributors, facility management companies, and institutional buyers. ● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from lead generation to closure and retention. ● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with SMB and large accounts. ● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for institutional needs. ● Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market trends. ● Explore and manage export opportunities, including distributor partnerships and channel expansion in overseas markets. ● Represent Koparo at trade shows, B2B events, and industry networking opportunities.
