Job Summary

The City Head will oversee the market expansion and the management of the overall city portfolio for ParkSmart. This is a field-heavy business development and expansion role focused on building partnerships, expanding adoption, and managing city-level growth operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
• Build and manage city-level business operations.
• Drive partnerships and commercial growth.
• Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
• Work closely with automation and real-estate-linked businesses.
• Drive on-ground business development and execution.
• Manage the entire city portfolio independently.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–6 years in business development or related field.
• Strong business development and stakeholder management capability.
• Comfortable with field sales and city expansion responsibilities.
• Proven ability to independently manage an entire city portfolio.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Familiarity with automation or infrastructure-driven businesses preferred.
• Comfortable working on-ground and handling field operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the real estate sector.
• Background in automation machinery systems or smart infrastructure ecosystems.
• Candidates from companies involved in password-protected locks, smart locks, or smart access systems.

Experience

3–6 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the automation, smart infrastructure, or real estate sectors.

Environment

• Field-intensive role with corporate office setup.
• Candidates will be expected to travel and manage city-level operations on-ground.
• Locations include Noida, Bangalore, Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Amritsar, Ludhiana/Jalandhar, and Gurgaon.

Salary

Estimated compensation budget is between 10–15 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).
