As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to provide valuable financial insights, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support the scaling efforts of the business. Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Variance Analysis: Perform periodic variance analysis to identify key gaps and work with Business Unit (BU) heads to bridge these gaps.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to drive financial performance. Offer financial guidance on business operations, investment opportunities, and cost management.
• Scaling Strategy: Support the company's expansion efforts by identifying financial opportunities, risks, and key metrics for growth. Assist in optimizing financial processes to support scalability.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team.
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures without compromising quality or company values.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including new project evaluations, product launches, and market expansion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Master's degree in Finance or related fields (Optional)
• 3-7 years of experience in a finance role, preferably with exposure to scaling businesses or working in the healthcare/wellness sector
• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving growth and making a meaningful impact
• Proficiency in Excel

• Experience in healthcare or wellness industries
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to financial reporting
