Job Summary

The Head of Revenue – B2C will spearhead it's consumer revenue business, driving profitable growth through effective management of customer acquisition, conversion, pricing, sales performance, retention, and overall revenue optimization. This role is integral to achieving sustainable growth through strategic insights and operational excellence in collaboration with the Founders and various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership

    • Own B2C revenue, bookings, profitability, and growth targets.
    • Build and execute the revenue strategy across domestic and international markets.
    • Drive predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth.
  • Demand Generation & Conversion

    • Optimize the entire customer funnel from discovery to booking.
    • Improve conversion across digital channels, inside sales, and assisted journeys.
    • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to maximize ROI on customer acquisition.
  • Pricing & Revenue Optimization

    • Lead pricing, promotions, inventory optimization, and yield management.
    • Identify new monetization opportunities, cross-sell, upsell, and repeat booking programs.
    • Improve contribution margins and unit economics across product categories.
  • Business Performance

    • Own key metrics including Revenue, Gross Booking Value (GBV), Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Repeat Bookings, and Profitability.
    • Leverage analytics and customer insights to drive growth and forecast business performance.
  • Cross-functional Leadership

    • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes.
    • Build and lead a high-performing revenue organization with a culture of ownership and execution excellence.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience leading Revenue, Growth, Commercial, or Business functions in travel, consumer internet, marketplaces, e-commerce, or digital-first businesses.
  • Proven track record of owning large Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities and scaling high-growth consumer businesses.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, revenue optimization, customer acquisition, and conversion.
  • Highly analytical, customer-centric, and execution-oriented with experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing comprehensive revenue strategies and leading organizational change.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive results.

Experience

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in leading revenue-focused roles within the specified industries.
