Job Summary

We are looking for a high-agency individual who can design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization. This role is not about experimenting with AI tools — it’s about eliminating human dependency in repeatable processes by building production-grade agentic systems. You will own the full lifecycle: problem → workflow design → AI system → deployment → optimization.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Deconstruction & Automation Strategy

  • Analyze business functions (sales, ops, supply chain, finance, CX).
  • Break down workflows into decision trees and automation opportunities.
  • Identify high-ROI automation use cases.
  • Redesign processes for AI-first execution (not human-first).

• Agentic System Design

  • Design multi-step AI workflows (single agent + multi-agent systems).
  • Define inputs/outputs, memory structures, tool usage (APIs, databases, SaaS tools), and decision logic.
  • Build systems that can think (using Large Language Models), act (integrating tools, APIs), and learn (creating feedback loops).

• Build & Implementation

  • Develop AI agents using OpenAI / Claude / Large Language Model APIs and agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
  • Integrate with internal systems including ERP (SAP / Tally), CRM, Shopify, databases, and communication tools (WhatsApp, email, Slack).
  • Deploy production-ready systems (not prototypes).

• Automation Infrastructure

  • Build reusable internal automation frameworks.
  • Create orchestration layers across multiple agents.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and failure handling.
  • Design fallback systems for edge cases.

• Optimization & Scaling

  • Continuously improve system accuracy, speed, and cost.
  • Reduce human intervention over time.
  • Scale automations across departments.
  • Measure time saved, cost reduced, and output improved.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
  • API integrations and system design competence.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Basic backend understanding (Python / JavaScript preferred).

• Systems Thinking:

  • Ability to convert messy real-world workflows into structured systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Optimization mindset focusing on speed, cost, and scalability.

• Execution:

  • High ownership and bias for action.
  • Ability to ship fast and iterate.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and focused on outcomes, not just building tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), manufacturing, or D2C environments.
• Understanding of data pipelines and analytics.

Experience

• Experience in automation and AI system development is essential; prior roles in similar capacities are highly desirable.

Environment

• The typical work setting will be dynamic and innovation-driven, with a focus on result-oriented performance. The specific location is in Marol, Andheri, with working days from Monday to Friday plus the last Saturday of the month (4th or 5th Saturday).

Salary

• Budgeted salary range is 20-25 lacs per annum.
