Job Summary
The Relationship Manager – Wealth is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of High Net-worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients. This role is crucial in driving revenue through cross-selling investment and wealth products, while ensuring high standards of customer service and relationship management contribute to the overall success of Bajaj Capital.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage High Net-worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI clients.
- Build long-term relationships through financial advisory and wealth planning.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling of investment and wealth products.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized investment solutions.
- Maintain and expand portfolio Assets Under Management (AUM) and liability relationships.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Coordinate with product specialists and internal teams for client servicing.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial products, and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 – 12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Existing HNI/UHNI client base is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and relationship-oriented approach.
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM, CFP (Certified Financial Planner), or NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certifications are preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and investment strategy.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in wealth management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product specialists and teams.
Experience
5 – 12 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
