<p><b>ROLE: BUSINESS FINANCE</b></p>
<p><b>LOCATION: BENGALURU</b></p>
<p><b>Who Are We Looking For</b></p>
<p>A strategic financial advisor to the Management, responsible for managing the Business Finance</p>
<p>function with a focus on business planning, AOP, business evaluation, reporting, liaison and</p>
<p>networking with right stakeholders, and on the financial success of each business line.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>• Develop a financial plan and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the</p>
<p>business, considering the long term strategy of the business</p>
<p>• Manage business development activities according to financial plans to achieve</p>
<p>profitability and revenue.</p>
<p>• Modify the financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans.</p>
<p>• Assist in the preparation of capital budgets for the business units.</p>
<p>• Develop profit and loss plans maximised returns and profit targets.</p>
<p>• Manage the profit and loss statements and cash and balance sheets to ensure financial</p>
<p>integrity.</p>
<p>• Review the actual results against the budgeted goals to identify and correct accounting</p>
<p>issues and variances.</p>
<p>• Provide financial support and advice to Management in closing business deals.</p>
<p>• Monitor KPI and identify the cause of any unexpected variances</p>
<p>• Monitor the commercial aspects of transactions, prioritizing accuracy and compliance</p>
<p>• Work closely with business units to evaluate financial viability of models</p>
<p>• Scenario planning, sensitivity and competition analysis of business to deliver predictably</p>
<p>• Support controllership team in the closing book on time and meeting statutory</p>
<p>requirements</p>
<p>• Build various processes in areas of Planning and Budgeting</p>
<p><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p>
<p>• CA/MBA Finance with 7+ years of post-qualification experience</p>
<p>• Proficient in analysing, gathering, managing & documenting information</p>
<p>• Has an eye for detail and is process-oriented</p>
<p>• Experience in working on unit economics i.e., AOPs, Business performance, financial</p>
<p>reporting, business strategy</p>
<p>• Good communication skills</p>
<p>• Experience in managing stakeholders & team.</p>
