Job Summary

The Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes and integrating financial data within the Oracle ecosystem. This position is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance, contributing to the overarching goals of organizational efficiency and financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle Financial Accounting Hub to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data sources.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle FAH applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to financial processes and system configurations.
• Train end-users on Oracle FAH functionalities to enhance adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of Oracle Financial Accounting Hub and its modules.
• Proficiency in financial data management and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials or Financial Accounting are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools.

Experience

• Previous experience in implementing or supporting Oracle FAH is desirable.
• Experience in financial analysis or accounting roles would be beneficial.
