Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Staff Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Concur to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing SAP Concur solutions, aligning them with business processes, and driving efficiency in expense, travel, and invoice management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Concur solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document Concur-related processes and configurations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, and integration touchpoints with ERP and third-party systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the system for performance and usability.
• Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Concur best practices, compliance standards, and new features.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur.
• Deep understanding of Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules.
• Experience in SAP Concur implementations, configuration, and support.
• Familiarity with integration tools (such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or other middleware).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP ERP systems and their integration with SAP Concur.

Experience

5 to 9 years of relevant experience in SAP Concur.

Environment

The position is based in Gurgaon and is a full-time role.
