Nikunj reports to the Chief of Business Planning and IR, who reports to the CFO.</li> <li><strong>Company</strong>: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance</li> <li><strong>Purpose</strong>: This is a newly created role (not a replacement) to support expanded business planning needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience &amp; Background Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Total Experience</strong>: 8-9 years in relevant fields</li> <li><strong>Industry Background</strong>: Preference for candidates from life insurance; general insurance or broader BFSI sector can be considered for exceptional profiles.</li> <li><strong>Functional Expertise</strong>: Experience in business planning and FP&amp;A, with strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Educational Background</strong>:

	<li><strong>CA</strong>: Prefer candidates from the 2012-2016 batches.</li>
	<li><strong>MBA</strong>: Candidates from 2016 onward with an MBA from a reputable institution.</li>
