About the role:
- Understanding scope and deliverables
- Ensure that project requirements are documented and studied
- Ensure the project constraints, expectations and needs are
documented and agreed upon
- Commercials
- Basic understanding of commercials, and intelligence around implication in case of spillovers, etc
- Understanding payment schedules and timely invoicing
- Timelines
- Ensure deliveries are aligned with client expectations and deadlines agreed at the beginning of any project
- Planning and scheduling activities through various timeline formats and trackers
- Flexible and willing to put in extra hours as and when needed to ensure the smooth completion of projects
- Sense of urgency is getting work executed and putting in timely reminders
- Raise red flags in case any potential or actual delays
- Quality
- Ensure all deliverables are properly reviewed internally
- Ensure client satisfaction by reducing turnaround time, eliminating errors and rework
- Communications
- Ensure project updates are reported in a timely manner
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Act as a liaison between the client, internal teams and service providers
- Collaborate with internal teams, motivating and engaging colleagues at
all levels
- Participate in presenting strategy, concept, content, design related deliverables to a client
- Procurement
- Establish relationships with procurement personnel at client end
- Understand requirements and basic sense of bidding
- Ensure timely delivery of outsourced services
- Team
- Ensure roles and responsibilities for all project team members are
clearly understood, followed, and communicated
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources for effective project implementation
- Track, guide and be responsible for junior project managers (if applicable)
- Knowledge

- Stay on top of trends in business, technology, marketing, and communications.
- Basic understanding of industries, listed companies
- Relations
- Expected to grow client relation and revenue through farming
- Support to senior PMs and BD team with mapping potential clients, handling enquiries, making documents to support
About you
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment on multiple complex assignments. Ability to manage many urgent and often conflicting priorities.
- Willingness to adapt quickly to evolving scenarios and fleet-footed, street-smart thinking.
- Outstanding communication, keen eye for detail, interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Persuasive presentation skills are a must.
- Understanding of the planning, creative, and production processes.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and digitally savvy. Knowledge of any other platform is also appreciated.
- Willingness to use project management tools designed for efficient workflow and data capture.
- Natural leadership abilities, with proven problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- A network of existing positive relationships across the client and service provider ecosystem that can be leveraged is a definite added advantage
- Self-starter, multitasker, ambitious, and result oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
- Graduates or post-graduates in any discipline, preferably with a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or Mass Media.
- 3-8 years of experience in a ‘Big 4’ consultancy, design agency or a corporate communications firm, having serviced large/major clients.
- An exposure to annual reports is a definite added advantage.
