Qualifications
- 13-18 years of experience in software consulting or agile delivery environments.
- Strong experience managing enterprise client relationships in complex delivery scenarios.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of agile methodologies and delivery practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial management skills with experience in budgeting and performance tracking.
- Prior experience in hands-on delivery roles (engineering, QA, analysis, or project management) is preferred.
- Familiarity with navigating multi-vendor and large-scale organizational environments.
