Job Summary

The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. This position involves direct engagement with clients to understand their requirements, leading end-to-end implementation projects, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a technical background, ideally with experience as a developer.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful configuration and integration of SaaS solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address and resolve technical issues.
• Understand and analyze client requirements to provide best practice solutions and guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear and effective documentation of processes and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS solution configuration and integration.
• Strong project leadership skills with a history of end-to-end implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience as a developer to understand technical aspects of solutions.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret client needs, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
