Job Summary
The Manager – B2B Demand & Customer Experience is vital in maximizing revenue from all inbound B2B opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role encompasses the complete inbound funnel from lead management and outreach planning to order conversion, customer satisfaction, and seamless handoff to fulfillment teams.
Responsibilities
- Revenue & Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inbound sales team, driving productivity, conversion, revenue achievement, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead & CRM Management: Own all inbound B2B leads across various channels, ensuring CRM discipline, lead tracking, data accuracy, and timely follow-ups while developing outreach calendars and customer nurturing programs.
- Order Conversion & Handoff: Support the team in closing complex and high-value opportunities, ensuring accurate and complete transfer of confirmed orders to fulfillment teams and defining handoff processes to eliminate execution gaps.
- Customer Experience: Establish service standards across all customer touchpoints, manage escalations and complaint resolutions, while driving customer delight and long-term relationships.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor funnel performance, response times, conversion rates, and customer metrics to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B, corporate sales, or account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), gifting, retail, or consumer businesses is preferred.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading teams and managing high-volume inbound opportunities.
- Skills: Strong capabilities in CRM, sales planning, and customer management.

Experience
Candidates should have 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B demand and customer experience management.
