Data Engineer / Data Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data Engineer / Data Analyst to design, develop, and optimize data architectures, build robust data pipelines, and deliver impactful business insights through reporting and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, and low-code automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures (e.g., Haystack, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Define and document data architecture frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Utilize tools like Alteryx and MS Fabric for data preparation, transformation, and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Haystack, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines.
- Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Alteryx, MS Fabric, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Exposure to data governance, performance optimization, and automation flows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified analytics environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation.
- Prior experience in data analytics, reporting, or automation projects.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Engineer, Power BI, Snowflake) are a plus.
