Data Engineer / Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Data Engineer / Data Analyst to design, develop, and optimize data architectures, build robust data pipelines, and deliver impactful business insights through reporting and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, and low-code automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data architectures (e.g., Haystack, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Define and document data architecture frameworks aligned with business needs.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and integration.
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Utilize tools like Alteryx and MS Fabric for data preparation, transformation, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance compliance across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Haystack, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, MS Fabric, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Exposure to data governance, performance optimization, and automation flows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified analytics environment.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data manipulation.
• Prior experience in data analytics, reporting, or automation projects.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Engineer, Power BI, Snowflake) are a plus.
