<div>Job Overview:<br /> As a Senior Relationship Manager, you&#39;ll own and grow relationships with our B2B clients &mdash; from<br /> onboarding to retention to renewals and cross-selling EB and non EB insurance products. Think of<br /> yourself as the strategic advisor and trusted partner helping Indian businesses protect what matters<br /> most.<br /> This is a high-impact, field-driven role &mdash; perfect for someone who thrives on physical client<br /> interaction, problem-solving, and bringing structured solutions to complex insurance needs.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ● Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with leadership teams with allocated clients<br /> ● Understand each client&rsquo;s unique risk landscape and offer tailored insurance solutions across<br /> Employee Benefits (EB) and Non-EB lines.<br /> ● Lead end-to-end account servicing &mdash; onboarding, policy renewals, cross-sells, upsells,<br /> claims support, and ongoing consultation.<br /> ● Own your portfolio: make regular client visits (200+ annually), deliver exceptional service, and<br /> drive growth through trust and expertise.<br /> ● Generate cross sales business from existing clients by presenting Employee Benefits and<br /> Non-Employee Benefits (cross sell) products and recommending policy upgrades or changes.<br /> ● Collaborate with internal product experts to solve client challenges and unlock new revenue<br /> opportunities.<br /> ● Ensure timely renewals, quote negotiations, and invoicing.</div> <div>● Assist clients with claims processes in collaboration with internal claims specialists.<br /> Qualifications<br /> Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.<br /> Experience:<br /> ● 5+ years&rsquo; of experience in managing corporate clients Prima facie either in an insurance<br /> broking firm or direct general insurance company<br /> ● Proven experience in commercial insurance with expertise in Employee Benefits (EB) and<br /> Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) insurance lines<br /> ● Strong field sales experience and a demonstrated ability in relationship management.<br /> Technical &amp; Soft Skills:<br /> ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.<br /> ● Self-motivated and capable of working independently while effectively managing a client<br /> portfolio.<br /> ● Having experience in handling and meeting ~200 B2B clients in-person, annually<br /> ● Consulted agents/brokers/direct clients across all LOB&rsquo;s<br /> ● Domain Knowledge preferred.<br /> Key Details:<br /> ● Location: Delhi<br /> ● Compensation &amp; Perks: Market-leading compensation + performance-based incentives.<br /> ● Date of Joining: ASAP</div>
