PhonePe is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. This is a remote role suited to a mid-level professional with 4+ years of experience in the Fintech space.

You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of kubernetes & containers across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of iac / terraform across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of observability across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of incident response across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of security hygiene across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Fintech or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in kubernetes & containers, iac / terraform, observability.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
