<h2>the role:</h2>
<p>even though we believe that what we are building is going to become something that millions of Indian consumers are going to use in a few years, currently, the concept is new and unique. this means our users need hand-holding when they start their experience. you’ll be working directly with the founders for this role. this is the first hire we’re making for this profile making it exciting and challenging.</p>
<p>as part of this role, you will onboarding our customers and help them understand how the service works. given that the use for each individual is different, you will have to problem-solve and brainstorm with each individual user. every call is going to be different and will require you to be on top of your game to make the best use of every minute and make sure that the points come across. once onboarded, you will also be responsible for following up with the user to get their feedback, continuously helping them brainstorm based on their usage and handling high-level escalations.</p>
