Head D2C - Sales Job description Lead the D2C business of our brand with a stronghold on performance marketing and other forms of digital marketing. Responsibilities 1. Drive revenue growth of D2C business 2. Improve profitability of the D2C business with enhanced ROAS 3. Manage performance & brand ads on digital channels 4. Manage other modes of paid marketing 5. Work with product & marketing teams to enhance ad quality & website experience 6. Drive better CRO, higher AOV, lower CAC & higher LTV 7. Drive D2C revenue growth at individual product level alongside overall revenue Qualifications & Skills 1. 7-10 yrs experience in managing performance marketing & business growth 2. Experience in managing an ads team 3. Experience in digital consumer business, preferably FMCG. 4. Start-up hustler 5. Knack for innovation & creative solutioning 6. Data-driven approach to problem solving
