Job Title: Oracle OSM Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle OSM Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM), including orchestration, integration, and automation of order lifecycle processes in a telecom or enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle OSM solutions to meet business requirements.

• Implement order orchestration flows, fulfillment patterns, and decomposition rules.

• Work with cross-functional teams (BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, etc.) to define integration points and system interactions.

• Develop custom cartridges and workflows using Design Studio.

• Debug and optimize existing OSM configurations and processes.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for OSM-related issues in production and staging environments.

• Ensure best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle OSM development and configuration.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM)

  • Design Studio (Cartridge development)

  • OSM Order Lifecycle Management (OLM)

  • XQuery, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  • Java/J2EE for OSM customizations

• Good understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architecture.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware stack is a plus.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.) is a plus.
