Job Summary

The Content & Lifecycle Manager will drive user acquisition, onboarding, retention, and engagement through strategic communication efforts. This role involves crafting compelling content across various platforms and ensuring the brand's messaging aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling ad copy, landing page content, and campaign messaging for paid acquisition channels.
  • Develop and maintain the brand voice and messaging framework during the pre-launch and growth stages.
  • Build onboarding WhatsApp journeys and automated post-sign-up communication flows.
  • Design re-engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns for early user cohorts.
  • Produce offline marketing assets including flyers, event collaterals, brochures, and partnership decks.
  • Manage and execute the organic social media calendar across YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, push notification copy, calls to action (CTAs), and communication formats.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth and Product teams to improve user engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and derive insights to improve lifecycle communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of retention marketing and consumer psychology.
  • Experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent brand communication.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-ownership environment.
  • Educational qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
