Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organization, focusing on catering to both Indian and African markets. The CEO will oversee the development and execution of long-term strategies to ensure organizational growth and excellence, aligning with the company's mission in the first-party data monetization sector.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive short- and long-term strategic vision in alignment with the mission to be the leading first-party data monetization platform.
• Must have experience in catering to both Indian and African markets
• Business Growth & Go-To-Market (GTM): Own topline growth, profitability, and product adoption metrics across key customer segments, while identifying and entering new markets.
• Team Building & Culture: Build and lead a high-performance leadership team across various functions, championing a culture of speed, experimentation, accountability, and customer obsession.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Engage current and potential investors by providing a clear vision and traction metrics while leading future funding rounds.
• Market Expansion: Drive strategic partnerships and global expansion activities tailored to both Indian and African markets.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 10-20 years of experience in leadership roles within high-growth startups or scaled B2B AdTech companies.
  • Proven track record in building or scaling platforms in AdTech.
• Leadership:
  • Previous experience as a Founder, CEO, COO, or Business Head with P&L ownership.
  • Strong hiring instincts and team-scaling capabilities, particularly in product and GTM teams.
• Domain Understanding:
  • Deep understanding of the first-party data ecosystem and programmatic marketing.
  • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and evolving data collaboration trends.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and fundraising.
• Proficiency in areas such as identity graphs, AI-powered personalization, and data privacy.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles.
