Job Summary
The Retail Head for one8 will be responsible for leading retail operations, driving store performance, and strengthening the brand’s presence in the market. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader with experience in international fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle brands. The individual will oversee multiple store locations, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive retail performance, store profitability, and operational excellence across all locations.
- Deliver a consistent brand experience across stores, ensuring high standards of customer service and brand representation.
- Lead, develop, and motivate store teams with a strong focus on customer experience and team engagement.
- Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to build brand visibility, increase footfall, and execute promotional strategies.
- Support retail expansion, including new store launches and execution of expansion plans.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategies for continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working with international retail brands in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multi-store operations and drive commercial performance.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, brand building, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute retail strategies.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for sports and lifestyle retail.

- Experience with international retail brands and multi-channel retailing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail management tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in retail management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-store operations and leading large teams.
