Job Summary

We are looking for a D365 CE DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure for our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. This role blends DevOps best practices with Microsoft Power Platform knowledge to ensure smooth development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Manage and maintain release automation and infrastructure for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
• Utilize Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards for project management.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient source control and adhere to Git branching strategies.
• Deploy managed and unmanaged solutions across different environments while ensuring all deployment processes are compliant with best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot implementation issues, ensuring a smooth workflow through testing and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (online or on-prem).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, and possibly Azure CLI.
• Familiarity with Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, and ALM best practices.
• Understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, environment strategies, and API limitations.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other components of the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Application Insights).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, AZ-400, MB-600) are a plus.
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.

Experience

• 7-12 years of relevant experience in DevOps, specifically with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Environment

• This position is based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, or Chennai with a preference for candidates who can work in an agile/scrum team structure.

Salary

• Maximum cost to company (CTC) is 30 LPA.
