Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Delivery Managers and Project Managers with a strong background in Data Engineering and expertise in managing complex projects in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and Telecom domains. The candidates will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client requirements and expectations while leading teams through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of projects and services to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end customers, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to navigate challenging situations with customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize excellent problem-solving abilities to address project-related issues and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across various project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of project management experience, including roles as both Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for project engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Data Engineering background with hands-on experience in data analytics and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in full lifecycle project delivery, including budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and pre-sales support.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Effective communication and issue resolution skills for leading distributed teams.

Experience

• 14-18 years for Delivery Manager positions with a salary range of 32-36 LPA (including 10-12% variable).
• 12-15 years for Project Manager positions with a salary range of 24-28 LPA (including 10-12% variable).

Environment

• Locations: Pune (BFSI with Lending exposure), Mumbai (BFSI), and Delhi (Telecom).
• The role entails a mix of onshore (30%) and offshore (70%) responsibilities.

Salary

• Delivery Manager: 32-36 LPA (including 10-12% variable).
• Project Manager: 24-28 LPA (including 10-12% variable).
