Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking candidate progress and maintaining database accuracy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates to enhance the employer brand.
  • Conduct stakeholder management to understand and meet hiring needs effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, preferably within the IT product hiring domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Passionate about hiring, stakeholder management, and people handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Additional certifications in human resources or talent acquisition would be a plus.

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition focusing on IT product hiring.
