Job Summary

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in elevating Vance's brand across multiple channels. This full-time position based in Bangalore is responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to drive successful outcomes and contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling marketing materials and content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating initiative and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in marketing, preferably in a tech-related field.
• Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in both ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and derive insights to drive decision-making.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
