Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team to shape our product vision of empowering local SMBs. This role involves translating our vision into reality by creating amazing and delightful experiences for our users. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Take ownership of the entire design process, from ideation to implementation.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
• Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to design for non-tech-savvy users.
• Extensive experience conducting user research and synthesizing insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments.
• Familiarity with front-end development and the ability to work closely with developers.

Experience

4+ years of relevant experience in designing digital products and a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.

Environment

The position is based in Bangalore, India. It is a full-time role, likely involving collaboration with teams both in-office and remotely.
