Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of AdTech products at an early-stage startup. This role will drive product vision and strategy across the organization, working at the intersection of supply-side partnerships, owned platforms, and global players.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and strategy for AdTech products across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to guide product development.
- Interface with supply-side partnerships to enhance product offerings.
- Design and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, APIs, and marketplace dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of advertising technologies and industry trends.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with agile product management methodologies.
Experience
- 5+ years in relevant fields such as AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS, particularly with a focus on product management.
