Role Overview

Position: Director / Executive Director – Private Credit


Reporting to: Amit Dharod, Managing Director


Target Experience: 18+ years in Structured/Private Credit


Fixed Compensation: INR 1 Cr + Variables

Key Objectives:

Scale Category II AIF Funds: Lead the growth of AUM through strategic sourcing and high-yield deal execution.


Full Lifecycle Ownership: Direct end-to-end deal management, from initial coverage and underwriting to complex structuring and portfolio monitoring.


Strategic Flexibility: Execute sector-agnostic strategies across senior, mezzanine, and special situations funding in both onshore and offshore markets.
