Job tile: Senior Veeva CRM Specialist - Implementation & Support

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT teams to understand the
end-to-end business processes and functional requirements
· Perform impact analysis for new design or design change and provide estimates to complete
design, build, unit test, demos, and deployment to environments
· Create Technical Design Document from Functional Design Requirement
· Develop and maintain documentations, as applicable
· Implement and configure Veeva CRM as per Functional and Technical Design Documents
· Manage and support releases. Communication with project stakeholders
· Provide on-going support, enhancements and maintenance on Veeva CRM

Technical Experience:
· Veeva CRM Implementation and Configuration Experience that includes Document Types,
Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, apex codes
· Manage and have hands on Experience on Integrations with CRM application
· Hands on Experience in REST API, Loaders and Multichannel
· Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards

· Application administrative experience
· Veeva CRM Certification
· (Optional) Experience with Veeva Align and Vault
· (Optional) Salesforce CRM

Other experience (mandatory)
· Experience of working on CRM projects for Life Sciences, Pharma or HealthCare IT
· 5+ years of minimum relevant work experience on Veeva CRM
Education:
· Bachelor's degree, preferably engineering or science
