Key Deliverables: • Aid CEO in Strategic Decision Making - One-stop-source for all the information integral</div>
<div>in making data-driven executive decisions<br />
• Strong persona with commendable research skills and provide actionable insights,<br />
problem solving and ability to collate information into executive summaries and<br />
presentations<br />
• Excellent analytical skills having ability to work on large sets of confidential and<br />
sensitive data pertaining to planning, budgeting, forecasting, drawing inferences and<br />
highlighting key issues.<br />
• Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations; and oversees<br />
special projects.<br />
• Driving operational efficacy by working with cross functional teams to strategize and<br />
implement said executive decisions and lead the coordination with other group<br />
companies on significant business initiatives<br />
• Create processes, project management and monitoring of programs and initiatives<br />
• Help drive CEO’s priorities by contributing to both strategy and execution in selected<br />
targeted areas<br />
• Minutes and other documentation for CEO’s reviews<br />
• Identify other opportunities for increasing efficiency / effectiveness of the<br />
organization<br />
• Support the formulation and planning process with respect to strategic initiatives led<br />
by the Advisory Leadership Team</div>
