As a Production<br /> Lead, you will play a critical role in the creation and delivery of high-quality English language content in our<br /> audio-series category/ your expertise in audio production, voice artist management, and content quality<br /> assurance will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities<br /> 1. Voice Artist Acquisition and Management:<br />  Leverage your industry network and experience to attract and recruit a diverse pool of talented voice<br /> artists.<br />  Lead the selection process, including auditions and casting, to match the right voice talent with the<br /> project requirements.<br />  Manage and nurture relationships with voice artists, ensuring their engagement, satisfaction, and longterm<br /> commitment.<br /> 2. People Management &amp; cross-functional collaboration:<br /> &bull; Supervise and provide guidance to the entire production team, including associate producers; work<br /> closely with the Post-Production team to ensure that the final output is of the best quality.<br /> &bull; Set clear expectations, establish workflows, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team&#39;s success<br /> and professional growth.<br /> 3. Quality Assurance:<br /> &bull; Maintain a high standard of quality for all audio-series, ensuring consistency in voice production, voiceover<br /> editing, and overall content delivery.<br /> &bull; Implement quality control measures, review and approve final productions to meet or exceed industry<br /> standards.</div> <div>4. Community Engagement:<br />  Foster a strong and collaborative community of voice artists by implementing initiatives that enhance<br /> communication, support, and growth opportunities.<br />  Design and organize networking events to facilitate skill development and foster a sense of belonging<br /> within Pocket FM&rsquo;s voice artist community.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications<br />  Minimum 8 years of proven experience in audio dramas and audiobooks production, preferably in a<br /> leadership role.<br />  Extensive knowledge of audio production techniques, sound design, editing, and mixing.<br />  Strong network and ability to unlock a wider pool of voice artists with diverse styles and abilities.<br />  Demonstrated track record in managing voice artist engagement, fostering a supportive community, and<br /> driving their continuous growth.<br />  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with voice artists,<br /> team members, and other stakeholders.<br />  Effective people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.<br />  Attention to detail and a keen sense of audio quality control.<br />  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.<br />  If you are passionate about audio content, possess excellent leadership and production skills, and thrive in<br /> a collaborative and creative atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.</div>
