Job Description-Territory Sales Manager/Territory Sales Executive<br /> Euler Motors<br /> Euler Motors is an electric vehicle startup based out of New Delhi, India. It is focused on<br /> sustainable last mile transport by accelerating the transition from internal combustion engines to<br /> new age electric vehicles and becoming a category leader for cargo and passenger vehicles. They<br /> are building an electric vehicle platform – 4 Wheeler<br /> Media Coverage - timesofindia ETnow ETStarupAdda MoneyControl Inc42<br /> Roles and Responsibilities:<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets<br /> and expand customer base in the assigned territory.<br />
  2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer<br /> relationships. Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose solutions that<br /> meet their objectives.<br />
  3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads<br /> through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.<br />
  4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to<br /> potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of products or services.<br />
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with customers to<br /> achieve win-win outcomes. Close sales and ensure timely payment collection.<br />
  6. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.<br /> Provide feedback to the management team regarding sales strategies and market<br /> conditions.<br />
  7. Individual Contributor: Employee will be responsible for generating leads through<br /> individual sales.<br />
  8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on sales activities,<br /> pipeline, and achievements.<br /> Key Requirements:-<br />
  9. Sales TGT Achievement 3 Vehicle Per Month-<br />
  10. Sales Pipeline Generation- Field Visit, BTL Activities, Per day 25 Customers Visit & 20 Trials in a month<br />
  11. Engagement with Business Stakeholders (Dealership Team, Financers, Brokers,<br /> Cargo Union Leaders)<br />
  12. Daily Reporting on Sales Pipeline Status<br />
