Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative UX UI Designer for a part-time position based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces that align with our brand and product vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are visually appealing and user-friendly, contributing directly to our organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually attractive and easy to use.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in UX and UI design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with usability testing tools and analytics.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a UX/UI design role.
• Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Prior experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is beneficial.

Environment

• Location: Mumbai (on-site or hybrid as per company policy).
• Work Type: Part-Time.
• Start Date: Within 15 days.
• Typical office environment; may require occasional meetings or collaboration outside standard hours.

Salary

• INR 200,000 – 20,000,000 (pro-rata based on part-time engagement and experience).
