Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle SCM solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements related to Supply Chain processes.
• Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management (OM), Product Hub, and Manufacturing.
• Lead and support Oracle SCM implementations, enhancements, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and reporting needs.
• Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Engage with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality and scalable SCM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle SCM modules, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Strong expertise in one or more modules: Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Product Hub, Manufacturing, or Procurement Contracts.
• Experience in full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.
• Solid understanding of business flows and process integration across SCM modules.
• Strong documentation and functional specification skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Familiarity with integrations between SCM and Financial modules.
• Experience with Agile or project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.

Experience

• 6+ years of relevant experience, particularly with Oracle SCM modules.
