Job Summary

The Export Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing export-related documentation and compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring smooth export operations, thereby contributing to the organization's goals in the international market.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through order completion.
• Generate and manage:
  • Proforma invoices
  • Payment follow-ups
  • Payment status tracking
• Coordinate artwork and packaging design changes with customers and internal teams.
• Obtain customer approvals before production.
• Work closely with the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Handle technical discussions and coordinate new customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, including major brands like Vadilal and Kwality Wall's.

  • Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and terminology
  • Understanding of international shipping processes and compliance requirements
  • Coordination with freight and logistics partners

Experience

Experience in customer account management, order processing, and production coordination is preferred. A background in the following industries is advantageous:

• Manufacturing

Environment

• Work Location: Sonipat, Haryana
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week

Salary
