Job Description:<br /> ● Strategy Development & Planning:<br /> Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals, engages<br /> the target audience, and promotes brand awareness.<br /> ● Content Creation & Curation:<br /> Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-appropriate content (including text, graphics, photos,<br /> videos, and stories) for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,<br /> TikTok, Pinterest, etc.<br /> ● Community Engagement:<br /> Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms<br /> in a timely and professional manner to build a positive brand image.<br /> ● Campaign Management:<br /> Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across platforms, optimizing for performance metrics<br /> such as reach, engagement, and conversions.<br /> ● Brand Consistency:<br /> Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms, adhering to brand voice,<br /> style, and guidelines.<br /> ● Analytics & Reporting:<br /> Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower<br /> growth, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve<br /> campaign effectiveness.<br /> ● Trend Monitoring & Innovation:<br /> Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.<br /> Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and<br /> engaging.<br /> ● Collaboration:<br /> Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media strategies with<br /> overall marketing campaigns and product launches.
