<div>Job Overview:<br /> We&rsquo;re hiring a mid level sales account execution to join our growing team in India! Our ideal<br /> candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit and can wear multiple hats while closing new<br /> businesses. You will get to be part of the exhilarating 0-1 journey and get to work closely with our<br /> senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Executive who is<br /> looking to grow into a strategic role while leaning into their main strengths of building<br /> relationships and closing new business.<br /> The company in question is leading the way in the DevOps SaaS space in Japan, and already has<br /> a great number of reputable clients in Japan.<br /> Requirements<br /> ● Hunter mindset with at least 4 to 6 years of quota-carrying SaaS software sales<br /> experience<br /> ● Have experience selling to CTOs, selling tech solutions, or working with a dev-tools<br /> startup<br /> ● Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota for the past 2 - 3 years in B2B<br /> SaaS<br /> ● Strong ability to learn a new domain, new categories of software and ramp up quickly.<br /> ● Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.<br /> ● Strong relationship building skills, creative thinking and objection handling ability to<br /> navigate successfully during the sales cycle<br /> ● Experience at an early-stage tech startup or proven track record operating in the earliest<br /> stages of a sales team is a huge plus!<br /> Responsibilities<br /> ● Source and qualify top-of-the-funnel leads.</div> <div>● Build a pipeline of prospects, source and develop sales opportunities, primarily through<br /> outbound prospecting and leveraging your network.<br /> ● Connect and build relationships with prospective B2B customers.<br /> ● Demonstrate Findy&rsquo;s value through phone calls and virtual/in-person platform demos.<br /> ● Manage, track, and report on all sales activities in the CRM.<br /> ● Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics.<br /> ● Work closely with new clients during the POC in collaboration with the Tech Team.<br /> ● Contribute to creating marketing material and work closely with marketing on lead<br /> generation and campaign execution.<br /> First 3 months expectation<br /> ● Understand our products and the market<br /> ● Establish contact with engineering leaders<br /> ● Create a sales operation, design OKRs and execute sales operations.<br /> ● Develop sales pitch decks and sales scripts according to customer patterns.<br /> ● Commit to generating revenue and take action to Acquire a target number of clients</div> <div>Benefits:<br /> - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.<br /> - Opportunities for professional development and advancement.<br /> - A collaborative and innovative work environment.<br /> - An open culture to learn from some of the best in the industry.<br /> If you are passionate about technology, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a dynamic<br /> environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
