Job Summary

The Head – Investor Relations will lead all investor communication, fundraising initiatives, and strategic finance activities within ZappFresh. This role requires close collaboration with the organization’s leadership on capital strategy, investor engagement, and effective business storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Investor Relations and Strategic Finance function.
• Drive fundraising and capital raise initiatives across group companies.
• Manage investor communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.
• Prepare investor decks, financial narratives, and investor book materials.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, financial analysis, and growth initiatives.
• Liaise with investors, private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) funds, investment banks, and external advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance.
• Strong exposure to fundraising and capital raise processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and investor-facing capabilities.
• Strong financial storytelling, communication, and analytical skills.
• Preferred educational background from IITs or other top-tier institutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including institutional investors and strategic partners.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong negotiation and project management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on areas such as investor relations, strategic finance, or capital markets.
