You will work closely with design and FEA teams to support end-to-end product validation and development.</div> <div>⸻</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Carry out CFD simulations (steady/transient, multiphase, compressible flow, thermal analysis).<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Use tools like ANSYS Fluent, CFX, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM for problem-solving.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Define boundary conditions, meshing strategies, turbulence models, and solver setups.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Integrate CAD models with meshing software (ANSYS Meshing, ICEM CFD, STAR-CCM+).<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare detailed technical reports with assumptions, solver settings, results, and design recommendations.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with design/FEA teams for coupled thermal-structural simulations.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Validate CFD results with experimental or field data.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Stay updated on the latest CFD practices and solver advancements.</div> <div>⸻</div> <div>Required Qualifications<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Aerospace Engineering.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of hands-on CFD experience (Process, HVAC, Oil &amp; Gas preferred).<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong knowledge of ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, or CFX (OpenFOAM is a plus).<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Solid understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, turbulence models, and numerical methods.<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Working knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, UGNX).<br /> &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication, teamwork, and report-writing skills.</div>
