Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage all factory operations end-to-end.

• Lead production, cost optimization, and asset management.

• Ensure quality control and compliance (ISO 9001/14000, OTIF).

• Drive on-ground execution and plant performance.

• Build and lead cross-functional teams across supply chain, production engineering, and quality.

• Support export readiness through automation, systems, and process excellence.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years in manufacturing, including 5+ years in plant/factory leadership.

• Strong technical and operations background (preferably an engineering degree).

• Experience in quality systems, TPM/Lean, EHS, and compliance.

• Past experience in consumer goods or paper products is a plus.

• Leadership skills and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
