Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for brand website revenue growth and D2C operations (front-end + backend) along with tech and external partners • Own the growth function for D2C in terms of website CRO and enhancing the customer experience • Work closely with the performance marketing teams to drive quality audience to the website through paid (SEM, SMM, Influencer) and organic sources (SEO, referrals, etc.) • Own the reporting and analysis for D2C channel: website analytics, product-market fit, pricing, monthly business pulse, etc • Top notch category management to ensure that channel has right assortment of products • Good control over content and creative with the ability to work well with marketing teams to define and guide the input and output
