Job Summary

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for Product Management at LanguifyAI will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of product strategies, enhancing user experiences, and collaborating with various teams to drive product success. This role contributes significantly to shaping the future of AI-driven education and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: Assist in defining the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and execution plans.
• User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and collaborate with customers to improve product usability.
• Wireframing & PRDs: Design wireframes, create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and define clear product specifications.
• Prompt Engineering: Work on refining AI prompts to enhance user experience in assessments and mock interviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring product ideas to life.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Aspiring Product Managers or Entrepreneurs with a desire to gain first-hand startup experience.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-based products.
• Skills in wireframing (using tools like Figma, Canva), writing PRDs, data analysis, or AI-driven product development.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in startup environments.
• Knowledge of AI and its application in educational products.
• Familiarity with competitive product analysis tools.

Experience

Relevant experience in product management, particularly within EdTech, SaaS, or AI environments, is preferred.

Environment

The role is based onsite in Bhopal, with an internship duration of 9-12 months. A full-time role may be offered based on performance.

Salary

The stipend ranges from 15k-20k per month, based on experience, with additional bonuses and a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity after the internship duration.
