Growth: to ensure growth of the business @ a minimum of 50% pa for the next 3 years&nbsp;</div> <div>3. Team: to inspire and lead the team. &nbsp;Ensuring growth paths for key contributors&nbsp;</div> <div>4. Culture: to foster and strengthen the culture of Restore. &nbsp;</div> <div>5. Financial: to ensure integrity &amp; fiduciary responsibility at all times. &nbsp;To be responsible for P &amp; L ensuring a minimum net profit of 25%</div> <div>6. Strategic: to look at strategic opportunities for growth into newer businesses within the agreed vision with Founder &amp; Director</div> <div>7. Partner &amp; Client relationships - to ensure strengthen current and build new such that client referrals and repeat business remain at a minimum of the current 95%</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Reporting</div> <div>To Founder &amp; Director - on a monthly basis. &nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Background</div> <div>* Design Background - this could be any sort of creative background including not being a trained designer but having worked in a Creative business</div> <div>* Having run a P &amp; L for a min of 2 years. &nbsp;Minimum work experience of 10 years.</div> <div>* Strong team player</div> <div>* Appreciation of the design business in India</div> <div>* Entrepreneurial bent&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
