We are now expanding our B2B segment to cater to hotel chains, restaurants, event organizers, and corporate clients, aiming to introduce our unique flavors to a broader market.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our central kitchen and store. This role will involve managing procurement, operational workflows, shipping, billing processes, and customer experience at the store level. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food production, logistics, financial management, and retail operations, with the ability to streamline operations and ensure high-quality service and product delivery.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1. <p>6. Process Improvement &amp; Reporting:</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

</ul> <ul> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a food production, manufacturing, or central kitchen environment, with additional retail or store management experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>● &nbsp;Skills:</p>
