<div>About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in non IT hiring to lead recruitment eAorts across all departments of our group companies. This is a strategic role that requires deep functional knowledge, proactive execution, and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manpower Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. 2. Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute eAective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. 3. Job Description Development: Create and refine job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers. 4. Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates through job portals, headhunting, referrals, and university tie-ups. 5. Campus Hiring: Drive campus recruitment initiatives to build a strong entry-level talent pipeline. 6. Mid-Senior Level Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for managerial and leadership roles. 7. Candidate Engagement & OAer Management: Conduct interviews, manage candidate negotiations, and ensure smooth oAer roll-outs. 8. Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with functional teams to ensure timely hiring and feedback loops. 9. Post-OAer Engagement: Keep candidates engaged during their notice period to reduce dropouts. Additional Requirements: Must be ready to take ownership and drive bulk recruitment across various functions. Prior exposure to ERP/HRMS systems is a strong advantage. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Reporting Structure: No direct team reports, but functional coordination with departments is essential.</div>
