DGM – Investment Management 

·Experience:  

o 6–8+ years of experience in the real estate sector preferably within the CRE development cycle.

o Understanding of local by-laws and regulations.

o Deal execution and transaction structuring, financial modelling etc.

o Experience of under writing and transaction structuring – strong excel skills

o Exposure to relationships with IPCs, other intermediaries and local brokers.

o MBA or CA/CFA

·Role Overview:  

o The incumbent will join the Investment team and manage end-to-end investment across geographies and asset classes.

o The role involves all stages of a transaction: origination, negotiations, structuring, business plan formulation and approval, due diligence, documentation and deal closure.

o Support the asset/fund management team by creating new investment themes and products.

o Partner with the asset management, finance, legal, and compliance teams

·Reporting to:  Chief Investment Officer

·Location: HO – Vikhroli, Mumbai

·Compensation: upto Fixed: 55 LPA + Variable
